Gözde Grup is built on a strong family heritage dating back to the 1970s. The journey began with the professional experience of the family's patriarch, Hacı Mustafa Demir, gained in the painting trade. This solid craftsmanship was later carried into the construction sector; the official construction licenses obtained by Halil Demir from the Ministry of Reconstruction and Resettlement in 1976 marked the first step of our current building activities and laid the true foundation of our journey in construction. This first step became the starting point of the well-established contracting and construction expertise of Gözde İnşaat, which continues to grow within the group today.
This professional development reached a new dimension in 1978 with Gözde Cam, founded by the brothers Cevdet and Halil Demir. With the establishment of Denizli's first double-glazing facility, expertise in glass manufacturing and installation became the family's first major milestone in this field. In 1997, operations in PVC doors, windows and aluminum systems began under the Gözde Pen brand as an authorized KOMPEN dealer, further strengthening the group's technical capabilities. Through numerous projects completed not only in Denizli but also in neighboring provinces, as well as public projects undertaken through official tenders, Gözde Pen has become a trusted solution partner. These solid cornerstones of the past continue today as partner brands within Gözde Grup.
